How to Apply

Applicants are asked to fill out the application below and provide two professional or academic references. If your application is accepted, you will be provided information to make payment of the course tuition (US$1975). When we receive your payment in full, your spot in the workshop will be secured. Please note: Do not arrange travel until you have received confirmation from us (1) that you have been accepted, and (2) that sufficient enrollment has been obtained for workshop commencement.

We offer a $100 discount if your payment is received by February 7, 2016 (extended date!) and a $50 discount if your payment is received by March 15, 2016.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations made prior to June 1,  2016 will receive a refund minus US$50 administrative fee. We cannot offer refunds after June 15, 2016.
